Former US President Donald Trump vowed to "re-export" and "take back the White House" in 2024.
During a march event held over the weekend in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, former President Trump promised voters that he would return to "the track".
"With the support of everyone in this room, we're going to take back the House, we're going to take back the Senate, and we're going to take back our America. And most importantly, next year. 2024, we will take back our great White House," Trump told a group of supporters.
This is not the first time in the past few months that Mr. Trump has signaled his plans to run for re-election in 2024, although he has yet to make an official statement on the matter.
During the event over the weekend, Mr. Trump emphasized that he has not yet accepted the official results of the 2020 election, when incumbent US President Joe Biden is the winner. Mr. Trump went on to point to "unusual signs" of votes in several states as a reason why he did not accept defeat.
"We won twice. We did a lot better on the second victory and we can do it again," Mr. Trump said, referring to his presidential campaigns. 2016 and 2020.
In a series of rallies over the past time, in addition to revealing his plan to continue running for the White House, Trump also criticized his successor Biden about the US withdrawal from Afghanistan last year and the situation of fuel prices. spiked due to sanctions against Russia because of Moscow's military campaign in Ukraine.
